General Info about .hr domains names (Croatia)
- All letters "a" to "z" without distinguishing between uppercase and lowercase are accepted;
- All numbers from "0" to "9" are allowed;
- Hyphens (-) are allowed but not at the begin or end in your domain name and you can't put 2 consecutives hyphens (--);
- The minimum length of the domain name is 3 characters extension (.hr) excluded;
- The maximum length of the domain name is 65 characters extension (.hr) excluded;
Documentation requirements
No document is required if the VAT number (Croatian/European) is regularly active by consulting the European Commission website

.hr domains Free DNS Service
Complete control to manage the DNS records of the associated domains. DNS servers are globally distributed with a highly redundant structure.

Redirect Url Free domains .hr
Visitors who will type the domain name will be redirected to another web space / URL.
URL redirects are of two types:
1. Forwarding URLs : Redirects the domain name to another web address; in the address bar you read the destination address.
2. Alias : Point the domain name to a hosting plan; purchased on ormag.net; in the address bar you continue to read the domain name

Maximum annual number & agrave; for domains .hr
.hr domains can be registered from a minimum of one year to a maximum of 10 years (renewable) in a single order.
Maximum number of .hr domains adjustable
From July 31, 2015, every Croatian and European company and Croatian citizens can register an illicit number of .HR domains (the limit imposed by the Authority was 10 domains).

Local presence for domains .hr
All companies with registered office in Croatia or in one of the member countries of the European Community can register an unlimited number of .HR domains without having local presence in Croatia. Alternatively, you can opt for the .com.hr extension for which local presence is not required.
Restrictions for domains .hr
- .hr domains can only be registered by companies having their registered office in Croatia / European Community
- the domain name must coincide with that of the company requesting it.
The .com.hr domains do not provide for any particular restrictions, they can also be registered by companies that do not have their registered office in Croatia.
