General Info about .bg domain names (Bulgaria)
- All letters "a" to "z" without distinguishing between uppercase and lowercase are accepted;
- All numbers from "0" to "9" are allowed;
- Hyphens (-) are allowed but not at the begin or end in your domain name and you can't put 2 consecutives hyphens (--);
- The minimum length of the domain name is 3 characters extension (.bg) excluded;
- The maximum length of the domain name is 63 characters extension (.bg) excluded;
Documentation requirements
it is necessary to provide the copy of the Chamber of Commerce in original, signed by the legal representative and stamped on each page.
- In the case of a registered trademark, in addition to the Chamber of Commerce, a certified English translation is required.
- If the applicant is a private individual, the signature must be signed by a notary.
The " Power of attorney " form must also be completed and signed in one of the following ways:
- submitted directly to the Registrar's office in Bulgaria with the identity document of the signatory applicant,
- with electronic signature in .p7m format,
- with an authenticated signature with a notary if it is sent by ordinary post

Redirect Url Free domains .bg
Visitors who will digitize the domain name will be redirected to another web space / URL.
URL redirects are of two types:
1. Forwarding URLs : Redirects the domain name to another web address; in the address bar will read; the destination address.
2. Alias : Point the domain name to a hosting plan already purchased on ormag.net; the address bar will continue to read the domain name

Maximum annual number for domains .bg
The .bg domains can be registered from a minimum of one year. Of course, domain & egrave; renewable.
Maximum number of .bg domains adjustable
If the domain coincides with the name of the company or of the person you request, the domain is protected.
If, on the other hand, there is no incidence between the domain name and the applicant, the domain may be subject to dispute.

Local presence for domains .bg
They can be registered by individuals and legal entities that must necessarily have local presence in Bulgaria or in one of the EU Member States or have a registered trademark valid in Bulgaria.
Otherwise Ormag offers the Local Presence service at an additional annual cost.
This service will be renewed annually with each domain it is associated with.
